पंचकर्म · Five classical therapies
Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshan, the five cleansing therapies of Ayurveda. Each one is chosen only after a consultation, for your body, your illness and the season.
A guided cleansing that removes excess Kapha from the chest and stomach, classically used for allergy, asthma and some skin conditions.
Cleansing of excess Pitta through the bowel with herbal medicines, classically used for acidity, skin and liver-related problems.
Herbal decoctions or medicated oils given as an enema. Ayurveda calls Basti the most important therapy for Vata disorders.
Medicated oil or drops given through the nose to clear the head, sinuses and neck region.
Removal of a small amount of impure blood, classically with medicinal leeches (Jalaukavacharan), for selected skin and inflammatory conditions.
All therapies are planned after consultation and done under medical supervision. Some therapies are not suitable during pregnancy, fever or certain illnesses; Dr. Bharne will advise you.
पथ्य · Diet & daily routine
In Ayurveda, medicine works best with the right food and daily routine. Every treatment plan comes with clear advice on what to eat, what to avoid and when.

The Ayurvedic day has three rhythms: Kapha, Pitta and Vata.
Eat your main meal at midday, when digestion is strongest.
Everyday Indian meals and timings that support steady sugar levels.

Warm, Vata-calming food, oil massage and gentle movement for stiff joints.
